Ingredients:

  • 200ml coconut water
  • Ice
  • Half frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • Drizzle of maple syrup
  • Pinch of cinnamon

Method:

  • Add all the ingredients in to a blender and blitz
