What Is Personal Training?

Personal training consists of one hour sessions with a fitness professional on a regular basis to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

When I decided I had had enough of being overweight, I had never exercised in my life. In fact I hated it! I joined a gym, spent 30 minutes on a bike, 30 minutes on a treadmill and went home. I wasn’t getting anywhere very fast and I had no clue what to do, no plan of action and no goal other than to not be fat. Then I found a personal trainer and he changed my life! I’m now in the best shape of my life, in love with fitness and living the dream.
