An all over body workout designed to strip fat, get your heart pumping and leave you feeling empowered. Each week is different but you can guarantee a good workout! The only person you are in competition with is you! Work on improving your health, techniques and range of movement.

Spinning

A spin class is a high intensity cycling workout that generally takes place on a stationary bike. Choose your own pace and work at your fitness level. You are in control! With a range of music to move your feet, this low impact class is an insane fat burner.

Zumba

Dance Fitness inspired with music from all around the world. Come and have the best 1 hour of your day with this fun, easy to follow dance inspired class. Don't be fooled - while your shimming, shaking and giggling, you're fat burning and improving your health too! See you on the dance floor
